Sheltered Area

A sheltered space for the weather elements are against us !!

We have a sheltered space that is used for when the weather outside is very bad, or for when your little ones want to unwind and relax.

Reading Area

Reading is extremely important for the development of any child’s language skills. Basic everyday talents are trained, such as vocabulary, spelling and grammar. More importantly though, it develops an active imagination and visualization skills, something that is easily glossed over but is fundamental to a child’s development.

Creative Area

Creativity is one of the most important traits we can give to a child as they are growing up, and it requires us to start early in the child’s development. Creativity is built through training a child’s confidence so that they’re not afraid to voice their ideas. Through the use of play, mechanical skills are trained, as well as problem solving. Children learn how to balance, how to build towers, how to form bonds through team work and most importantly, how to not be afraid to fail.

Role-Play Area

Role-play in one of our numerous locations allows children to expand their creativity, to create stories in their imagination and to immerse themselves in fantastical worlds of their own creation. Role-play is one of the best logic training tools, as children engage in discussion for who should do what, for how their imaginary world is built and in-turn, expands their problem-solving skills. The Forest School contains countless locations such as our pirate house and ship, our hidden mud-kitchen or the animal pens, but also the entire forest. Children still manage to find new locations and scenarios even after the many years we’ve been running.
